Super Mario Brothers featuring Luigi

In other words, my opus magnum...well, to date, anyway. Okay, that's a stretch! But I put lots of time and effort into this cake, and had such a blast doing it! The cake was frosted with buttercream and decorated with fondant and gumpaste. It's all edible, with the exception of the dowels and toothpicks holding Luigi up. I have to add, I loved that this boy wanted Luigi--his mom said that's who he always ends up with after his brother got first player. :) Don't you love the rabbit ears behind Luigi? Thanks bud!
